T105 Traysealer (MAP/Skin)

The T 105 from MULTIVAC is a particularly compact, versatile and user-friendly tabletop
machine. It can provide you with the same packaging processes as those on our larger
free-standing models: sealing only, packing with modified atmosphere (MAP), and also
vacuum skin packs.

Very simple operation

Maximum operating convenience is provided by the high-quality PLC control with 7" colour
touch display for easy reading, and its flat surface has been designed for particularly simple
care. It has a memory for 99 recipes as well as USB/Ethernet connections.

Reliable web advance

The web advance can be regulated precisely via the machine control, so that the film can be
used to its optimum and with the least possible trim. If required, register mark control is also
available for register-printed film.

Rapid format change and reliable cleaning

The die bottom section of the T 105 was designed in such a way, that you can remove it
quickly and without tools on the operating side as one whole section for format change or
cleaning. That's what we mean by MULTIVAC Hygienic Design™.

Mobile undercarriage

A mobile undercarriage made of stainless steel and with roller castors is available as an
accessory. This allows work to be carried out even more conveniently, and it also provides
space for an air compressor. A die changing trolley can also be supplied, and this assists you
in changing dies quickly and storing your format parts professionally.
