Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original unopened condition up to 14 days of delivery, please contact us at materials@multivac.co.uk or on 01793 425800 for a Returns Authorisation number, occasionally we will ask you to retain or dispose of the goods if it makes more economic sense.
On receipt of the returned goods we will raise a refund to your credit/debit card or method of payment less a 15% restocking fee.
