T255 Traysealer

The T 255 free-standing unit was developed to enable you to produce as many different tray pack types as
possible on one single machine: sealing only, partial vacuum, skin and modified atmosphere - even with
product protrusion. Its ergonomic rotating table lends itself to packing at high speed with the optimum use
of personnel. While one packaging cycle is taking place in the machine, the finished packs can be
removed on the operating side and new trays then loaded. By using an optional automatic tray lifter,
further increases in efficiency can be achieved during non-stop mode.

Very simple operation

Maximum operating convenience is provided by the high-quality PLC control with 7" colour
touch display for easy reading, and its flat surface has been designed for particularly simple
care. It has a memory for 99 recipes as well as USB/Ethernet connections.

Reliable web advance

You can regulate the web advance very precisely via the machine control, so that the film
can be used to its optimum and with the least possible trim. In addition to this, register mark
control is available for register-printed film.

Rapid format change and reliable cleaning

On the T 255 the complete die bottom section can be removed quickly and without tools.
When converting to skin, MAP and flat board applications, only the particular slide-in part
has to be changed in the die top section, and this makes it possible for you to change the
format in less than two minutes. The MULTIVAC Hygienic Design™ also makes a major
contribution to highly time-saving cleaning. While also meeting the most exacting hygiene
standards.
