You can pack food of all types easily and attractively on free-standing, semi-automatic
traysealers. Their die design is consciously meant to be multi-functional, so that the
machines can be adapted flexibly to your requirements and the desired output.
User-friendly machine control
The T 205 free-standing unit has a machine control with 7" colour touch display for easy
reading, and its flat surface has been designed for particularly easy care. It has a memory for
99 recipes as well as USB/Ethernet connections. The T 200 and T 250 models have a
particularly robust and highly visible microprocessor control with membrane keyboard. This
is also easy to operate and clean, and it can be viewed reliably under all light conditions.
Reliable web advance
You can regulate the web advance very precisely in the machine control, so that the film can
be used to its optimum and with the least possible trim. In addition to this, register mark
control is available for register-printed film.
Rapid format change and reliable cleaning
The greater the number of different pack formats produced on a machine, the more critical
quick format changes become. It is for this reason, that MULTIVAC traysealers are equipped
with dies, which are designed for quick and easy conversion. The conversion method has
been perfected individually for each machine type, its areas of use and the most frequent
operating situations. Thanks to the MULTIVAC Hygienic Design™, the entire machine and its
dies can be cleaned to the most exacting hygiene standards while saving a lot of time.
Perforator for EMAP
A perforator for the upper web is available for our free-standing units. This means that you
can produce packs simply and reliably with an equilibrium atmosphere, which is adjustable
very flexibly.
Automatic tray drawer
The T 250 traysealer has a function for the user-friendly opening and closing of the tray
drawer – automatically at the press of a button.
