Your Order Delivery Charges:

England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland - Delivery Charge is £9.99 per order or FREE for orders over £75 (ex VAT).
Shetland, Orkney, Hebrides, Bute, Isle of Man and Channel Islands - Delivery Charge is £14.99.

Dispatch:
Vacuum Pouch orders placed before 2:00pm are usually dispatched the same working day* and delivered next working day to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland, all other areas are usually delivered in 2 working days. All orders are sent by courier 'UPS'.
*New customers' may be delayed until the next working day as we need to create your account.

Chamber Machines will be dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving payment.

Returns Policy:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original unopened condition up to 14 days of delivery, please contact us at materials@multivac.co.uk or on 01793 425800 for a Returns Authorisation number, occasionally we will ask you to retain or dispose of the goods if it makes more economic sense. On receipt of the returned goods we will raise a refund to your credit/debit card or method of payment less a 15% restocking fee. (25% restocking fee for Machines)
